Website terms
Terms of Use
Straightforward terms for using this website and its educational content.
Informational use only
Website content is provided for general information and education. It does not replace an examination, diagnosis, treatment plan, or individualized advice from a licensed dental professional.
No dentist-patient relationship
Viewing this website, sending an ordinary email, or making a general inquiry does not by itself create a dentist-patient relationship. A relationship begins only when the practice accepts a patient for care under its usual clinical and administrative processes.
Appointment requests and emergencies
The website itself does not reserve or confirm appointments. Booking happens with the office — by phone, or through an office-approved scheduling service where one is offered — and every appointment request remains subject to office confirmation. Do not use the website to report an urgent medical or dental condition.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Please use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit harmful content. Website text, design, photographs, logos, and other content are owned by or used with permission by Legacy Dental Arts and may not be reused without permission except as allowed by law.
Third-party services
Links to maps, social networks, financing providers, or other third-party services are provided for convenience. Legacy Dental Arts does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
Changes and contact
Legacy Dental Arts may update these terms as the website changes. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to that use. Questions about these terms can be directed to the office.
