Before the chair feels familiar

Small steps.
A little more confidence.

Every child’s visit is different. Here is a simple way to introduce what they may experience.

01

Say hello

Meet the people helping with the visit and get comfortable in a new space.

02

Look and learn

We explain the steps in kid-friendly language and let children see tools before we use them.

03

Take it together

The team guides care at your child’s pace and talks with you about the next steps.

For the grown-ups

A little preparation.
A more familiar day.

Four things to discuss before your visit.

Care for growing smiles

Comfort, curiosity,
and everyday care.

Ask our team which care is appropriate for your child and how their visit will be planned.

Get to know their smile

Gentle exams and cleanings, preventive guidance, and digital X-rays when appropriate.

Care along the way

Tooth-colored fillings and a conversation about any recommended treatment.

Make room for comfort

Patient explanations and overhead entertainment. Ask about comfort options for your child.

Questions from parents

Let’s make the
details easier.

When should my child first see a dentist?

The American Dental Association recommends a first visit by age one or within six months of the first tooth. It’s never too late to start.

Can my child be seen at the same time as me?

Call the office to ask about coordinating visits for more than one family member. Availability, appointment length, and provider requirements vary. Simultaneous or back-to-back visits are not guaranteed, and each appointment must be confirmed by the office.
